The Roger Waters album 'Radio KAOS' features morse code in several places on the album as well as an album cover of dots and dashes.

I love Rush. I can play YYZ, which makes me happy. I also love Primus' version of YYZ, which is on "Suck On This." For those of you who are also into Primus, you are probably well aware that it leads into "John The Fisherman" and the first 15 seconds or so is on the album "Frizzle Fry."

O.k., I am tired and rambling.

Wow, this site is geeky and awesome.
On the topic of morse code in songs, the new-age king Mike Oldfield has a bit in his 60-minute long song "Amarok" that is in morse code. It's around the middle part I think, played by a high-pitched guitar: "FUCK OFF R.B." Apparently a message to the head of Virgin Records, Richard Branson, who as far as I know kept of forcing Oldfield to make shitty pop songs when all Oldfield really wanted to do was make weird hour-long world-music explorations. Or something.
So, uh, kind of interesting that the stuff mentioned here is in drums, and this was in guitar. Ahem. I have a life I swear.
