		<description>I&#039;m not very computer-literate, so I&#039;m not sure if I&#039;m addressing Adam, the person who worked at Barnes &amp; Noble.  I used to work in bookstores in British Columbia (Canada).  Adam&#039;s experiences were very similar to mine, which is one of the reasons I changed jobs.  Th lady who wanted the book &quot;The Bowers&quot; was SO like some of my customers.  Also the &quot;Flames of Fire&quot; aka &quot;Flags of Our Fathers&quot; person.  A man came into my store looking for tweezers &amp; was quite put out that we sold only books &amp; magazines.  &quot;No tweezers?!?&quot; he said in disbelief.  He looked like a normal, sane individual.</description>
