My girlfriend and I made Christmas-themed mix CDs for friends and used 3" CD-Rs as well (I found a bunch on clearance at Wal-Mart -- 10 for $1, with mini jewel cases). I have to admit, however, that our packaging was nowhere near as nice. The original <a href="http://stubbornlights.org/xmas/xmasoriginal.jpg" rel="nofollow">mock-up</a> that my girlfriend originally made was going to be somewhat elaborate, but we didn't have the time to put together 20 of them, so we just did a <a href="http://www.stubbornlights.org/xmas/xmascd0.jpg" rel="nofollow">mini one-sheet</a> to fit in the little jewel cases. Oh, and we put together a little <a href="http://stubbornlights.org/xmas/" rel="nofollow">companion website</a> in lieu of more extensive liners. Wow, nice.
